Prelude - Part 4 - The Downfall
Started looking great, AI was working, had to work some more on it, but it was fine, character was moving, and attacking, but it didn't exactly do what I wanted yet, so I set out to give the game more features.
After a short while it was evident I was doing it wrong, at some stages It was feeling cumbersome and annoying, what was I doing wrong? Why did I feel lost in my own scripts, ones that I had created just a few weeks ago but now look like a nightmare? I followed all the right steps, why am I struggling? Is my programming not good enough?
And what am I going to do with the art? I have a few models that came with the tutorial, but, they are not sufficient for what I want, am I doing something too big for what I can do? I felt I had just shoved a bunch of things together and now I couldn't make sense of it.
So many questions left me pondering again on what to do, I gave up again, but this time with a different intent.
